No one can guarantee a high CTR, but I’ll give your content its best shot with strong ideas and high-performing design.
A 50% upfront payment is required before work begins. The remaining 50% is paid after approval and before the final high-resolution files are delivered.
Each thumbnail includes up to 2 rounds of revisions. The revision process is designed to refine and improve the approved concept..
Revisions include adjustments such as text changes, image swaps, color refinements, and layout improvements within the existing concept.
A completely different creative direction or starting over from scratch is considered a new concept. New concepts are treated as separate design requests.
Most thumbnails are delivered within 48 hours. Larger packages or complex requests may require additional time.
A video title, topic, or script is usually enough to begin. Reference thumbnails and additional context are always helpful.
Feedback is always welcome. We'll use the included revision rounds to refine the design and bring it closer to your vision.
Because thumbnail design is custom creative work, refunds are generally not available once production has started. Any concerns will be addressed through communication and revisions.
